Empowering Healthier Lives in Hong Kong

At the Hong Kong Centre for Cerebro-cardiovascular Health Engineering (COCHE), our community events translate cutting-edge research into real benefits for Hong Kong residents.

Through free health screenings, educational workshops, and awareness programmes, we bring preventive cerebro-cardiovascular care directly to the community — enabling early detection of risks and supporting healthier lifestyles.

Our community team is dedicated to organising accessible, engaging events that empower residents with knowledge and practical tools for better health. Every event brings us closer to a healthier, more resilient Hong Kong.

Six checks.
One clear picture of your CCVD risk.

It is too late once symptoms appear — early action changes everything

Unfortunately, by the time symptoms appear, it is often too late to treat CVDs. The good news: up to 80% of premature heart disease and stroke can be prevented through a combination of early detection, healthy lifestyle choices, and timely treatment. This is where COCHE's community pathway helps.
