Invitation for the Supply and Installation of Ferromagnetic Detection System

at COCHE MRI Centre

On behalf of Hong Kong Centre for Cerebro-Cardiovascular Health Engineering (COCHE), we hereby invite your company to express interest in submitting a lump sum tender for the captioned Contract.

The purpose of this tender is to seek the most competitive vendor for the supply and installation of the Metal Detector.

The tentative tendering schedule is below:

• Issue of Tender Documents: 22 May 2025

• Return of Tender Documents: 10 June 2025

• Letter of Acceptance: End of June 2025

If you are interested in submitting tenders for the captioned Contract, please send us your written confirmation to us on or before noon on 10 June 2025 together with the following pre-qualification information/ submission by return emails to cocheprocurement@hkcoche.org .

1. List of at least three relevant job references completed in Hong Kong (specially at HK hospitals and research centres or universities) in the recent 3 years;

2. Qualifications such as BR, product safety certificate,or product sole agent/distributor certificate etc,;

3. Audited financial statements and Organization chart and key staff’s CVs;

4. A statement of current and outstanding contracts in hand for the rest of 2025;

5. List of any sues, warnings, bans and convictions or notices for applicants due to violation of contract payment, safety management or environmental protection laws and regulations in the past 3 years (if any).

The invitation letter is issued in good faith, but in no way indicates that the tender will be invited at any time implied or indicated, and the common Employers accept no responsibility whatsoever for any loss or expenses that may be incurred as a result of the issuance of this invitation to tender. Please acknowledge receipt of this Pre-qualification letter by signing and returning this letter by 10 June 2025.
