Prof Tai Xue-Cheng is a Chief Research Scientist at Hong Kong Centre for Cerebro-Cardiovascular Health Engineering (COCHE). He has served as member of the Department of Mathematics at Hong Kong Baptist University (Hong Kong, China), Nanyang Technological University (Singapore) and the University of Bergen (Norway). His research interests include Numerical PDEs, optimization techniques, inverse problems, image processing and data analytics. He has done significant research work his research areas and published over 250 top quality international conference and journal papers. He is the winner of the 8th Feng Kang Prize for scientific computing in 2009 and Nanyang Award for Research Excellence in 2011. He served as organizing and program committee members for a number of international conferences and has been ofteninvited for international conferences. He has served as referee and reviewers for many premier conferences and journals.
