Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Process documents
• Respond to inquiries
• Handle data entry
• Manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary
• Provide general support to visitors
• Monitor and maintain the organization of the office
• Provide ideas in designing promotional materials
• Help with the coordination and preparation of seminar and meetings
• Provide technical support for computer and A/V equipment
• Participate and assist in ad hoc projects as assigned
• Positively contribute to the team’s work efficiency and performance
• Complete ad hoc tasks as assigned by Director

General Qualification

• Undergraduates or fresh graduates from all disciplines are welcome
• Knowledge of coffee and tea brewing techniques will be an advantage
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
• Proficiency in Office 365 applications and/or Canva design tools
• Self-driven, honest, detail-minded with good analytical and problem-solving skills and passionate
• Excellent interpersonal skills with open mind
• Strong desire to learn along with professional drive
