On 30 August 2023, our COCHE team, a group of 13 members, visited the Dongguan Songshan Lake Technology Area - a pioneering hub for the comprehensive national science center in the Greater Bay Area.
As a centre focusing on health engineering, COCHE is at the forefront of driving advancements in medical devices and healthcare solutions. We recognize the significance of the Greater Bay Area's development and its role in shaping the future of innovation. Being part of this transformative journey, our center is dedicated to actively participating in and contributing to the collaborative opportunities presented by the Greater Bay Area.
During the visit, our COCHE team, comprising Center Directors, Co-PIs, and researchers, was honored to engage with three prominent publicly listed companies: Vincent Medical, Brosmed and Labway. The discussions arisen from the visits focused on the latest advancements in medical devices and explored opportunities for further collaboration and industrial implementation of advanced technologies. This enlightening journey facilitated valuable connections.
